Welcome to My Tasbih ("we," "our," or "the Application"). We are dedicated to providing a serene, privacy-focused, and advertisement-free digital environment for Muslims worldwide to engage in daily Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and recite the Holy Quran.

Your privacy is our utmost priority. My Tasbih is built as an offline-first application. We do not collect, store, transmit, monetize, or share any personal data, location data, or device identifiers.

🛡️ 2. Zero Data Collection Policy

When you download, install, or use My Tasbih:

• No Account Required: You do not need to register an account, log in, or provide an email address, name, or phone number to use any feature of the app.
• No Location Tracking: The app does not request, track, or access your GPS location or IP-based location.
• No Device Identification: We do not capture or log device IDs (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID, or MAC addresses).
• No Analytics or Tracking SDKs: The application does not contain third-party tracking scripts, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or user telemetry tools.
• No Advertising Networks: The app contains no third-party ad networks (e.g. AdMob) and does not collect data for targeted advertising.

💾 3. Local On-Device Storage

To deliver a seamless user experience, My Tasbih stores your application preferences locally on your physical device using native storage (e.g., Android AsyncStorage or Web localStorage).

This local storage is strictly used for saving your current Dhikr count, daily target goals, custom Dhikrs, list of Favourite Surahs, and theme settings. All local data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted off your device.

🔔 4. Local Device Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

The Android app requests notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) solely to schedule local, on-device reminders to help you maintain your daily Dhikr and Holy Quran reading routine. Notifications are generated locally by your device's native operating system (Android Alarm Manager). No remote push notification servers or internet connections are used.

📖 5. Holy Quran Content & Islamic Text Disclaimer

My Tasbih includes the text of the Holy Quran, Arabic script, transliterations, English translations, and traditional Dhikr supplications strictly for non-commercial educational, spiritual, and religious guidance for the global Muslim community. The developer claims no proprietary copyright or commercial ownership over the text of the Holy Quran or traditional Islamic prayers. Audio recitations are sourced from open public Islamic repositories (e.g. EveryAyah.com / Quran.com API) solely for educational listening.

Because My Tasbih does not collect or share any personal information, the application is completely safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Store Families Policy.
